Our 2024 grant program is now open!  With nearly $500,000 to award, VT UCF is now accepting applications in three distinct grant categories: 

• 2024 Communities Caring for Canopy
• 2024 Growing Urban Forests in the Face of Emerald Ash Borer
• 2024 Urban & Community Forestry Grants

New this year, applications will be accepted via an online form through January 5th, 2024 and funding decisions will be made by February.  Motivated by the multiple funding sources and grant categories with differing eligibility and cost-share requirements, VT UCF staff have worked with the Agency of Natural Resources' GIS team to develop a 2024 Grants Eligibility Map.
