Shelburne Town Center Complex, Meeting Room 1, 5420 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne, VT

Emerald ash borer (EAB) is an invasive forest pest that feeds on and kills all species of North American ash trees (genus Fraxinus) and is now in 35 US states and 5 Canadian provinces.  EAB was first detected in Vermont in 2018 and is now confirmed in nine counties.

We will start the evening at 6:30 with a walk around the village learning to identify ash trees, and then return to the Town Center at 7:00 to talk about signs and symptoms and actions to take for emerald ash borer.
